1:1 Women’s Retreat
A private, one-to-one retreat space of self intimacy, wildness, rest and love. In the beautiful coastline of Margate, UK. These retreats offer a slower, more intimate container, allowing the work to unfold at your own rhythm - through embodiment rituals and practices, movement, nature, bodywork, sound healing and nourishing food. Each retreat is shaped around your desires, creating space for integration, clarity, and a return to your organic nature.
I wanted to create these retreats because there is something quite special about having an experience shaped entirely around one person. Without a group timetable to follow, we can listen to what you actually want and need as we go. There might be moments of deep rest and quiet, but also play, movement, good food, cold sea, laughter or whatever else finds its way in.
I don't believe retreating has to mean escaping from life. For me, it's about giving ourselves enough time and space to really be in it, in our bodies, in nature, with another person and with whatever is moving through us.
