ABOUT ME
I am curious about what happens when we notice our bodies in the presence of another. I am curious about what might arise when we are truly witnessed in our anger, or tears or playfulness without judgement. I am curious about the subtle and the intangible parts of a relationship that don’t always need explaining or understanding.
I am and have always been a sensitive being which has played a large part in this curiosity and why I choose to explore these parts of life in my work. We are relational beings, surviving alongside one another yet most of us rarely take a moment to sit in that, to explore what it means to relate to one another in an embodied capacity.
The vulnerability of this work can be confronting and I am here to meet your process as if unfolds. Through my own journey in embodied relational work, I have discovered parts of me I didn’t know were afraid, areas of my body that are storing expired feelings, and just how much this is a continuous tending to myself, body and others.
Rooted in the body’s innate wisdom, the art of play and the possibility of our wildest expressions - I make no assumption that ‘I know’. That I know what is right for you. If you work with me, we are igniting a co-led discovery of life and the self. I want to see your power, whatever that looks like.
I have three main 1-1 offerings :
Meditation in Touch - a devotional and ritualistic, oil based bodywork practice that listens to the landscape of your body, and moves through it like a pilgrimage of love and slowness.
Relational Body Therapy or Body Listening. This is a place to listen together to the subtle body, the sensations, breath, thoughts, images, impulses, and desires of your experience in the here and now. It can be both a gentle process as much as wild, raw and untamed. I believe much therapy today can hide behind regulation to avoid the messy, the chaotic and the raw aspects that show up in our lives outside of therapy. It can replicate something that doesn’t resonate with our wildness or dysregulated parts. Is it ok to be dysregulated? I think so.
Sound Healing. 1-1, couple or group. using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, tuning forks, chimes and voice. This will involve integration, tea, card readings and any personalised requests that are possible.
I offer weekly yoga classes, occasional workshops in London/Margate and mini retreats in for women in Margate that can be tailored to your desires.
With love

Testimonials
‘I had an incredibly nourishing experience with Saffron, both physically and spiritually. I left the treatment feeling connected through mind and body with a true sense of calm. Throughout the treatment, Saffron guided me further into a deeply meditative state with her nurturing touch and immensely positive aura. The intentional and soothing massage was so relaxing and released some tightly held emotions. I loved the serene and cosy environment, and would highly recommend to those seeking deep relaxation and a calming, restorative experience’ - Zoe, 30.
‘Saffron has created a spacious and open space for relaxation and reflection. Her presence and warmth allows for interpersonal connection and mindfulness. As our sessions have progressed they’ve been tailored, which has created a really special experience.’ - Al, 29
